Accessibility Policy – Applicants

Our brewery is committed to treating all people equally and in a way that allows those with disabilities to maintain their dignity and independence.

The Government of Ontario, through the Ontario Human Rights Code (the Code) and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (the AODA), has set an objective of making the province accessible for people with disabilities by 2025.

In pursuit of this objective, Ontario is developing accessibility standards under the AODA that businesses and organizations in Ontario will adopt to break down barriers in important areas of everyday life. We will accommodate disabilities during recruitment and assessment processes and when people are hired. In using performance management, career development and redeployment processes, we will take into account the accessibility needs of employees with disabilities.

Our brewery’s plans for preventing and removing barriers and for complying with existing and future Code and AODA requirements are outlined in greater detail our Statement of Organizational Commitment, Multi-Year Accessibility Plan, and Ontario Accessible Customer Service Plan.
